Return Policy

 

New Returns

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of your order.

New returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge at our discretion.

Parts MUST NOT have been installed and MUST be in their original & unopened packaging.

All items being returned will be inspected, any parts that have installation marks or other signs of install may not be returned.

All cores must be returned in the original packaging.

Any items being returned via mail or carrier must be returned postage paid or the parts will be returned to the sender, you may also bring back in person.

In the event that a product is packaged wrong we will work to get you the right product – please contact us immediately.

 

NON-RETURNABLE

Parts that have been installed, opened, altered, modified, painted are dirty, marked, damaged or are no longer in their original packaging Used parts are non-returnable.

Packaging that has been damaged to the point that it is no-longer saleable is non-returnable.

Gaskets that have been opened are non-returnable.

Parts missing pieces are non-returnable.

Electronic parts are non-returnable once plugged in, or in some cases if original packaging is opened.

Parts that are damaged due to improper installation, neglect, or misdiagnosis are not returnable.

Fluids and additives are non-returnable.

Products sold by the foot, inch or meter are non-returnable once the requested amount has been cut or assembled.

  • Hose, Brake Line, Loom, Cable, Pipe, Wire, Etc.

 

Defective items

Items that are defective may be exchanged for a replacement part within the warranty period of the manufacturer. All defective items are subject to inspection and will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

In some cases the item in question may need to be sent to the manufacturer for approval of warranty coverage.

In all cases you will be provided with a new replacement part once the warranty is approved, in most cases we can do this in store, but some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing.

Some manufacturers ask that you deal with them directly if you encounter problems, this is their policy on returns, but most allow us to handle them.
